There is a better solution for removing unwanted hair
You may be surprised to learn that virtually your entire body is covered with hair. Because most of this hair is fine and pale, it usually isn’t visible to the naked eye. But when darker, coarser hair appears in places which make you feel uncomfortable, it may be time to consider laser hair removal with the Lightsheer Duet.

Understanding hair removal
Several traditional approaches have been available for removing excess or unwanted hair. These include shaving, tweezing, waxing, chemical depilatories, and electrolysis. Some are painful. Some are messy. All are expensive and time consuming to maintain.
About the Lightsheer DUET laser treatment
The High Speed LightSheer Duet is a laser device equipped with a large spot size laser beam. The light emitted by this beam is well absorbed by the pigment located in the hair follicles. During the procedure, the laser pulses for a fraction of a second, allowing hair to absorb the light and heat up. As it heats up, the hair shaft and bulb are damaged which significantly impedes its ability to re-grow. And with the larger spot size, the process treats numerous hair follicles simultaneously, making treatment much faster than traditional laser hair removal alternatives.
What can you expect?
Laser hair removal requires multiple treatments. This is because the laser works best when the hair is in an early growth stage (referred to as anagen), and since not all of the hair follicles are in the same phase simultaneously.

The appearance of the treated area immediately following treatment will vary from patient to patient, depending upon the extent of the procedure and the skin type. Side effects are rare and, if they do occur, are typically minor. They may include redness and may swelling around the hair follicle, which are, in fact, positive clinical results and indicate that the follicle are rare, and has responded to the treatment. Most people return to normal activity right away.
